| Description: | JLK-6 markedly reduce the production of amyloid β-peptide (Aβ) by amyloid-β Precursor protein (APP) expressing HEK293 cells by affecting the γ-secretase cleavage of APP, with no effect on the cleavage of the Notch receptor. |
