| Description: | Helenalin is an anti-inflammatory sesquiterpene lactone, it selectively inhibits transcription factor NF-κB by directly targeting p65. Helenalin effectively inhibits C/EBPβ at least 10 times higher than that for NF-κB (EC50 values were determined between 0.1 and 0.4 μM for C/EBPβ). |
