| Description: | Gomisin J isa small molecular weight lignan found in Schisandra chinensis with vasodilatory activity. Gomisin J regulates lipogenesis, lipolytic enzyme and inflammatory molecule expression to inhibit lipid accumulation by activating AMPK, LKB1 and Ca2+/ Calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II and inhibiting Fetuin-A in HepG2 cells. Gomisin J has potential benefits in the study of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. |
