| Description: | GMQ hydrochloride is a potent and selective modulator of acid-sensing ion channel (ASIC) that activates ASIC3 channels under neutral pH. GQM blocks acid-induced maximal peak current and alters ASICs pH dependence for activation and inactivation. |
