| Description: | Fuzapladib is a leukocyte adhesion molecule and an orally active inhibitor of leukocyte function-associated antigen type 1 (LFA-1) activation.Fuzapladib is also a phospholipase A2 (PLA2) inhibitor, which exerts anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting the migration of leukocytes to sites of inflammation. |
