| Description: | Fraxin is a glucoside of fraxetin, an O-methylated coumarin. Fraxin shows its antioxidative effect through inhibition of cyclo AMP phosphodiesterase enzyme. Fraxin was administered orally to rats to investigate its metabolism. |
