Facinicline hydrochloride (RG3487 hydrochloride) improves cognition and sensorimotor gating in rodents. Facinicline hydrochloride (RG3487 hydrochloride) shows high affinity (antagonist) to 5-HT3Rs with a Ki value of 1.2 nM. |
