| Description: | Enoxaparine is a low molecular heparin that binds to antithrombin (AT) and accelerates its inhibition of factor Xa.Enoxaparine has a higher affinity for factor Xa than for thrombin, and its action on thrombin does not require HCII (heparin cofactor II). |
