| Description: | (E)-Methyl 4-coumarate (Methyl 4-hydroxycinnamate) is found in several plants, such as allium cepa or noni (Morinda citrifolia L.) Leaves. (E)-Methyl 4-coumarate in combination with Carnosic Acid induces apoptosis and kills acute myeloid leukemia cells, but does not kill normal peripheral blood mononuclear cells. (E)-Methyl 4-coumarate has antioxidant and antibacterial activity. |
