| Description: | Metanephrine is an endogenous metabolite of epinephrine, formed by catechol-O-methyltransferase activity, as well as a biomarker of cancer and can be used to diagnose pheochromocytoma. In addition, Metanephrine is a potent agonist of the trace amine-associated receptor TAAR1. |
