| Description: | Monocrotaline (Crotaline) is an pyrrolizidine alkaloid extracted from the seeds of the Crotalaria spectabilis plant to induce pulmonary hypertension in rodents. Monocrotaline inhibits OCT-1 and OCT-2 with IC50s of 36.8 µM and 1.8 mM, respectively. |
