| Description: | Coniferyl ferulate is a potent glutathione S-transferase (GST) inhibitor that reverses multidrug resistance and down-regulates p-glycoprotein. Coniferyl ferulate strongly inhibited human placental glutathione S-transferase with IC50 of 0.3 μM. |
