| Description: | Claficapavir (A1752) is a specific nucleocapsid protein (NC) inhibitor with an IC50 around 1 μM. Claficapavir strongly binds the HIV-1 NC (Kd=20 nM) thereby inhibiting the chaperone properties of NC and leading to good antiviral activity against the HIV-1. |
