| Description: | CKI-7 free base is a potent and ATP-competitive casein kinase 1 (CK1) inhibitor with an IC50 of 6 μM and a Ki of 8.5 μM. In addition, CKI-7 free base selectively inhibits Cdc7 kinase, SGK, S6K1 and MSK1. |
