| Description: | Cimaterol (CL 263780) is a β-adrenergic agonist on energy metabolism in ob/ob mice. The Kd for Cimaterol binding to the L6 β-receptor is 26 nM which is compatible with its EC50 for the stimulation of protein synthesis (approx 5 nM). |
