Cefminox sodium (MT-141) is a dual agonist of prostacyclin receptor and PPARγ, which can up-regulate cAMP production and PTEN expression, and inhibit Akt/mTOR signaling pathway. Cefminox sodium (MT-141) can inhibit pulmonary hypertension. |
