| Description: | Bz 423 is a aTP synthase inhibitor (IC50 ~5 μM). Bz 423 binds the oligomycin sensitivity conferring protein (OSCP) component of mitochondrial F1F0-ATPase in vitro resulting in generation of superoxide and apoptosis. Bz 423 kills primary B and T cell in mice in vivo. Bz 423 suppresses autoimmunity and prolongs survival in mouse lupus model. |
