| Description: | Bremelanotide (PT-141) is an analogue of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH). Bremelanotide activates the mPOA and other hypothalamic and limbic regions of the brain involved in sexual behavior. Bremelanotide can be used for researching hypoactive sexual desire disorders. |
