| Description: | Bakuchiol is a phytoestrogens from psoralea seeds that have anti-tumor and other effects. Bakuchiol has been proven to be a non-competitive inhibitor of multiple enzymes, including UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 2B7 (UGT2B7) and human carboxylesterase 2 (hCE2), with IC50 values values of 40.9 μM and 7.28 μM, respectively. |
