| Description: | Ossirene (AS101), a potent in vitro and in vivo immunomodulator, is a novel inhibitor of IL-1beta (IL-1β) converting enzyme. Ossirene abolishes phosphorylation of STAT3 by inhibiting IL-10. Ossirene also inhibits Caspase-1. |
