| Description: | Amoxapine is a tricyclic dibenzoxazepine (an N-aryl piperazine) which acts similarly to several other tricyclic antidepressants, amoxapine inhibits GLYT2a transport activity with IC50 of 92 μM. Amoxapine is also a potent GUSB (β-glucuronidase) inhibitor. |
