| Description: | 5-Carboxamidotryptamine (5-CT) is a 5-HT1A, 5-HT1B, 5-HT1D, 5-HT5A, 5-HT7 receptor agonist. 5-Carboxamidotryptamine has a Ki value of 4.6 nM for cloned human 5-HT5A receptor. 5-Carboxamidotryptamine causes a dose-dependent reduction in rectal temperature of mice. |
