| Description: | 3-deazaadenosine HCl (3-DZA, c3Ado) is an effective s-adenosylhomocysteine hydrolase inhibitor with Ki value of 3.9 μM. 3-deazaadenosine HCl inhibits the transcription of TNF-α and IL-1β induced by bacterial liposolysaccharide. 3-deazaadenosine HCl inhibits NF-κB transcriptional activity, prevents CARBOxyl methylation of Ras induced by FCS, and reduces ERK1/2 and Akt phosphorylation induced by FCS. |
